Cooking some coffe in the Italian way

Italians tend to use these kind of coffee machines where the coffee beans crushed in to small particles are placed on top of the water container on the bottom of this kettle.

Italian coffee machine

Usually made of Aluminium, but in my case, it is made of 18/10 steel.

In normal use, there are used as much coffee as water. For a Finnish / American coffee drinker that is quite a lot.
